Proficient use of MeasureSquare and strong blueprint interpretation skills are essential for this full time, permanent role. Engage actively with Builder partners and various departments to ensure information accuracy and project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Measure floor plans accurately for estimating • Complete take-offs using MeasureSquare efficiently • Upload relevant files and documents to project trackers • Interpret contracts and detailed floorplans • Train and lead less experienced estimators effectively
Requirements: • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating software • Strong construction knowledge and blueprint reading skills • Diploma in construction or related discipline • Previous estimating experience preferred • Attention to detail and solid problem-solving skills
