We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Floor Supervisor to support daily operations in a residential group home setting. This role provides leadership to front-line staff while ensuring a secure, respectful, and structured environment for residents.

Responsibilities include:
Supporting and guiding staff on shift
Coordinating daily routines and activities
Ensuring policies and safety procedures are followed
Communicating with management and team members
Assisting with documentation and shift oversight

Qualifications:
Experience working in a residential, community, or support setting preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced setting
Availability for 12-hour day shifts (9:00 AM – 9:00 PM)

Job Type: Full time Pay: $22.15-$25.15 per hour
