TNT Excavation & Construction is looking for a General Construction & Landscape Labourer to join our growing team.

We’re looking for someone who is hardworking, dependable, willing to learn, and takes pride in quality work. This position involves a variety of outdoor, construction, landscaping, and excavation-related work.

Job Responsibilities
Perform landscaping and general labour duties
Assist with excavation, site preparation, grading, trucking, and demolition
Perform basic construction tasks
Assist with decks, framing, and other carpentry work as required
Operate equipment such as excavators, skid steers, and dump trucks based on experience
Safely use hand and power tools
Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
Maintain a clean and secure job site
Work safely and efficiently on a variety of projects

Requirements
Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
Reliable transportation — our shop is not located on a bus route
Comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools
Willingness to learn recent skills, tools, and equipment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Dependable, punctual,



and hardworking
Positive attitude
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship

Experience Considered an Asset
Carpentry or general construction experience
Framing, deck, or fence building experience
Ability to read plans and technical drawings
Landscaping or excavation experience
Experience operating construction equipment
Experience driving dump trucks

Schedule
Monday to Friday
8–12 hour days as required
Weekend work as needed
