Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Full Time Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene for a condominium building, ensuring a welcoming workplace for all occupants and visitors. Your proactive approach will contribute to the overall upkeep and presentation of our facilities.

Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of hallways, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
Conduct routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash disposal
Maintain high standards of hygiene by sanitizing surfaces and fixtures regularly
Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks to ensure equipment and fixtures are in good working order
Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment




Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to the property manager's team
Keep cleaning supplies organized and notify supervisors when stock needs replenishing

Requirements
Proven experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety procedures
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
Strong physical stamina to perform cleaning duties efficiently throughout the shift
Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Ability to follow instructions clearly and work as part of a team
