Job Title: Front Desk Clerk

Reports To: General Manager

School of Rock is a growing, passionate community dedicated to enriching lives through performance-based music education. With over 350 schools, and a robust internationally recognized brand, School of Rock is the largest after-school music education provider in the world. We put on shows to teach music!

Roles and Responsibilities:
Support daily operations as needed, including opening and closing the school, monitoring attendance and punctuality, and ensuring a clean, professional school environment
Manage phone and email communication.
Create a positive, inclusive workplace by delivering top-quality customer service—greeting students and parents, answering questions, and resolving concerns
Ensure a protected experience for students by overseeing adherence to the SOR Code of Conduct and safety policies.

Skill Requirements:
1+ years working Front Desk, Reception, and/or Customer Service role
Excellent customer service and relationship skills – welcoming, outgoing demeanor essential
Experience and interest in working with children
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Knowledge of music and/or the music industry is preferred

Shifts:
Tuesdays from 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Saturdays from 9:30 AM -2:30 PM
