Drawing on 15 years of experience, you will oversee operational performance, financial sustainability, and client relations. Your leadership will foster a culture of safety and accountability among multidisciplinary teams, promoting collaboration across technical service lines. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow the Decommissioning and Demolition service line
Lead the execution of complex asset retirement initiatives
Develop proposals and support current business opportunities
Build relationships with clients and regulatory bodies
Mentor and guide teams to enhance safety culture Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical certifications
15+ years in asset retirement experience
Effective management of high-risk field operations
In-depth understanding of safety and regulatory requirements
