An extremely busy and well-established Commercial Fitness Equipment Company is currently seeking Service & Delivery Technicians to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who is mechanically inclined, customer-focused, and ready to learn and grow in a fast-paced setting.

Job Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of service and repairs on cardio and strength equipment, including:
Diagnostics and troubleshooting
Equipment removal and installs
Deliveries
Preventative maintenance
Complete all service reports, preventative maintenance records, and time sheets accurately and on time
Deliver the highest level of customer service while working safely and professionally
Work independently in the field while collaborating effectively with the sales and service teams

Ideal Candidate Profile
Fitness equipment repair experience strongly preferred, but we will train the right candidate
Strong troubleshooting, technical, and mechanical skills
Excellent time management, prioritization,
and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and unsupervised
Physically healthy, strong, and energetic
Positive attitude with strong customer service and communication skills
Willing and able to learn on the job and travel to the USA for training
. Willing to occasionally do overnight trips to BC, or Sask, or Edmonton
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable using email, internet, smartphones, and basic digital forms

Clean driver’s abstract
Ability to obtain a criminal record check
Smartphone required
Must supply own basic tools (specialized tools provided by the company)

Hourly wage based on experience and ability
Service Team Commission
Full-time position
Benefits available after 3 months
Typical hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Flexibility is required as needed
