Your expertise in bookkeeping and organizational skills will uphold the integrity of our financial processes. Key Responsibilities:
Reconcile and record daily cash receipts accurately
Post warranty payments from vehicle manufacturers
Perform bank reconciliations for diverse dealership locations
Manage collections for overdue customer payments
Prepare monthly AR statements and assist senior staff Requirements:
At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience
Proven skills in bank reconciliation tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and formulas
Detail-oriented with solid communication abilities
