Position: Food Preparation Helper

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

Location: Bedford, NS

Start Date: As soon as possible

Pay: $18.20/hour + Tips + Staff Discount + Free Drinks

Who We’re Looking For
You enjoy preparing fresh, high-quality food and take pride in presentation
Previous experience in a bakery, café, restaurant, or kitchen is an asset
You’re reliable, organized, effective, and comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment
You’re a team player with good communication and multitasking skills
You’re available for early morning shifts, weekends, and flexible hours
You live nearby or have reliable transportation to Bedford, especially for early morning shifts

What You’ll Do
Prepare and assemble pastries, baked goods, sandwiches, and other food items




Assist with daily ingredient and food preparation
Follow recipes, portioning guidelines, and presentation standards
Make sure products are prepared with care, freshness, and consistency
Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic food preparation area
Label, restock, and rotate ingredients according to food safety standards
Support the team during busy periods and help keep daily operations running smoothly
