We are seeking a agile and energetic General Manager of Restaurant to lead our team to excellence! Duties
Lead daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff, managing food preparation, and ensuring smooth service flow.
Oversee food handling procedures, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Manage POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy.
Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members to build a talented and motivated staff.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and coordinate with vendors to maintain optimal stock levels.




Ensure high standards of customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Implement training programs on food safety, kitchen procedures, and hospitality best practices to elevate team performance.

Skills
Extensive experience in restaurant management with a robust background in food service operations.
Proven supervising experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
Skilled in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
Proficient in POS systems such as Micros POS and cash handling procedures.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating welcoming environments.
Strong leadership qualities with experience in interviewing and team development.
Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling protocols, and hospitality industry best practices.
Ability to manage restaurant operations efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards across all areas including serving and barista services if applicable.
