The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of HR management experience, solid analytical skills, and a proven ability to handle sensitive employee issues. You'll be responsible for outreach, project leadership, and strengthening talent management. Key Responsibilities:
Develop strategic relationships with cross-functional leadership

Bachelor’s degree or HR certification (CHRP preferred)
