McDonald Liquid & Bulk Inc, is seeking an experienced and highly organized Full-Time Truck Transport Dispatcher to join our operations team. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate the movement of our fleets and manage the scheduling of trucks to ensure timely deliveries and pickups. Your proactive communication skills and attention to detail will help optimize and enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain smooth transportation workflows.

Duties
Coordinate and schedule truck routes, ensuring efficient utilization of fleet resources and adherence to delivery timelines
Communicate with drivers, carriers, and customers via multi-line phone systems, maintaining professional phone etiquette at all times
Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) such as Tread or DM Dispatch to input data, track shipments, and generate reports
Monitor loads movements, troubleshoot issues promptly, and provide real-time updates to stakeholders
Ensure drivers and equipment are where they need to be, when they need to be
Coordinate breakdowns, delays, and driver replacements




Maintain accurate dispatch and operational records
Help keep the fleet operating efficiently and safely
Other duties as assigned

Experience
Prior experience working with transportation management systems (TMS)
Adaptable and willing to be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week when required
Proven ability in data entry, analysis skills, and managing fleet dispatch processes
Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette
Demonstrated typing speed and accuracy for efficient documentation processing
Familiarity with shipping regulations, freight handling procedures, and warehouse operations is preferred
Experience working in quick-paced environments requiring multitasking and problem-solving abilities
