Your responsibilities will include the seamless execution of mechanical projects for institutional and industrial clients. You will take charge of budgets, schedules, client communications, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Lead mechanical and HVAC projects from inception to closeout
Coordinate and mentor teams and subcontractors effectively
Ensure all drawings and plans meet compliance standards
Manage project budgeting and procurement processes thoroughly
Maintain solid client relations and resolve project challenges Requirements:
5+ years in mechanical project management or HVAC
In-depth knowledge of relevant construction codes
Ability to manage project schedules and budgets efficiently
Familiarity with MS Project and related software
