London & Region is searching for an Executive Director who can navigate strategic planning, fiscal management, and community advocacy. Your partnership-building skills will be essential in diversifying funding streams and empowering staff and volunteers. Collaborate with the Board to effectively communicate the mission and grow the organization's impact in the region. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee facility operations and management contracts
Develop and maintain the annual operating budget
Mentor, recruit, and evaluate staff and volunteers




Implement effective fundraising strategies and donor recognition
Serve as a community ambassador promoting the mission Requirements:
5–7 years of leadership experience, ideally in non-profit settings
Relevant university degree or equivalent experience
Proven success in fundraising and donor relationship management
Solid financial decision-making and reporting skills
