Key Responsibilities: • Support daily operations of the Return-It facility • Process returns through RVMs and automated systems • Perform daily cash reconciliation and reporting • Maintain inventory levels and coordinate shipments • Address customer inquiries and explain environmental benefits

Requirements: • Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus • Robust interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to lift and move materials • Knowledge of environmental sustainability is beneficial • High school diploma or equivalent required
