Your responsibilities will include overseeing tax payments for mortgage clients, managing processes related to solicitor final reports, and contributing to payment processing efficiencies. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Loan Servicing, this role demands solid analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee tax disbursement processes for mortgages
Collect and manage tax bills, ensuring timely payments
Track and document solicitor final reports post-funding
Maintain compliance with PPSA renewals and changes
Ensure accurate daily deposit reconciliations Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in mortgage administration
Knowledge of commercial legal documents
Robust proficiency in loan servicing technologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
