Golden Leaf Grocers is a new Middle Eastern grocery store in Niagara Falls, Ontario, and we are looking for an experienced Halal Butcher to join our team.

Responsibilities
Cut, trim, bone, and prepare beef, lamb, chicken, and other halal meats.
Prepare customer orders with accuracy and excellent presentation.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation.
Properly package, label, and display meat products.
Keep the butcher department clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Follow all health and safety regulations.
Provide friendly customer service and work well with the rest of the team.

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of butcher experience.
Experience cutting and preparing halal meats.
Valid Food Handler Certificate is required.




Robust knife skills and attention to detail.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
Must be able to speak Arabic.
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
