In the Operations Technician Qualifying Position (OTQP), you’ll be trained to independently perform installations and maintenance across gas system facilities.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting gas lines, engaging with customers, and conducting essential data gathering. Your work will ensure compliance with safety regulations while promoting productive gas usage. Key Responsibilities:
Activate and service gas equipment
Provide answers to customer complaints and service needs
Collect data for installation and safety procedures
Detect leaks and perform repairs on gas lines
Develop and promote safety in gas usage Requirements:
Completion of Grade 12 or an equivalent
Valid Class 5 driver’s license is essential
Pass a Pre-Qualifying Assessment
Documented physical capability for job demands
