Key Responsibilities: • Review inspection reports to prepare accurate repair quotations • Follow up on outstanding deficiencies and proposed corrective actions • Communicate deficiencies, code requirements, and pricing to clients • Coordinate with inspection and service teams for scheduling • Maintain solid customer relationships through timely communication
