Experience in high-acuity emergency scenarios, particularly with trauma and pediatrics, is highly desirable. The role also emphasizes the importance of education, leadership, and research within emergency medicine. Key Responsibilities:
Manage emergency medical situations effectively
Mentor and teach UBC medical students
Lead initiatives for quality improvement in practice
Provide comprehensive trauma care
Work with a diverse range of patients

Requirements:
CCFP (EM) or FRCPC (EM) certification
Licensure with the CPSBC and CMPA required
Must have recent PALS or APLS certification
Experience in busy emergency departments preferred
