Responsibilities
Welcome customers in a friendly and qualified manner
Take customer orders and serve beverages promptly and accurately
Provide recommendations on beverage selections based on customer preferences and menu offerings
Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to sanitation standards and procedures
Follow all food service guidelines to ensure food safety
Skills:
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide a positive experience for guests
Strong knowledge of different types of beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately
Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
Note: Previous experience in bartending or hospitality is required. Training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate the necessary skills and willingness to learn. Job Types: Full time, Part-time
