Your responsibilities include serving as the first point of contact for members, processing financial transactions, and promoting member satisfaction with YNCU’s diverse products. This role plays an integral part in achieving the branch's goals and fostering loyal member relationships within the community. Key Responsibilities:
Perform teller transactions for various member needs
Input applications and resolve ATM or POS concerns
Oversee cheque orders and balance cash daily
Adhere to operational policies in transaction processing
Guide members with their RRSP and TFSA transactions Requirements:
Experience in client-facing financial roles preferred
Demonstrated excellence in customer service
Previous cash handling experience is a plus
