Senior Technical Event Producer

18-Month Contract

Rate: $55–65/hr INC

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Event Producer to support a high-volume portfolio of live, virtual, and hybrid corporate events for global audiences. This is a hands-on production role focused on the technical and behind-the-scenes execution required to successfully deliver complex events.

What You’ll Do

- Lead stage management and show calling for live, virtual, and hybrid events
- Develop and manage technical show flows, run-of-show documents, rehearsals, and event execution
- Coordinate AV, lighting, video, staging, and other technical production requirements
- Provide direction to AV professionals, production vendors, creative teams, and internal partners
- Ensure virtual event platforms, links, graphics, video, and other technical elements are event-ready
- Partner with creative and graphic design teams to ensure visual elements translate effectively on screen and stage
- Support executive meetings, global town halls, off-sites, social events, and other corporate events
- Manage behind-the-scenes production activities including stages, backdrops, props, and physical event builds




- Provide recommendations and troubleshoot production issues in quick-paced event environments
- Work confidently with senior executives and global stakeholders
- Support occasional travel as required

Must-Have Qualifications
- Strong experience in technical event production
- Demonstrated stage management and show calling experience
- Experience producing corporate live, virtual, and hybrid events
- Strong knowledge of technical show flows and run-of-show development
- Experience coordinating AV, lighting, video, staging, and production vendors
- Strong understanding of event technology and technical production requirements
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to provide direction and recommendations
- Experience working with senior-level and executive stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university education

Experience: Approximately 8–10 years preferred; candidates with fewer or more years may be considered based on directly relevant technical event production experience.
