Position: Front of House Manager

Role Overview Pie Guys Pizzeria is seeking a dedicated, heart-led Front of House Manager to lead our front-of-house team and maintain the warm, family-first environment our community loves. This position is about stewardship: leading an experienced, tightly-knit staff that has worked together for over eight years, maintaining our high standards of service, and treating the restaurant, team, and patrons with deep mutual respect.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Culture: Lead, mentor, and support a veteran front-of-house team with empathy, fairness, and consistency. Preserve our collaborative, family-oriented work culture.
Daily FOH Operations: Oversee daily floor operations, customer service, seating, order flow, and cash handling to ensure smooth, high-energy service shifts.
Customer Experience: Maintain high standards of hospitality, resolve guest concerns promptly, and build genuine relationships with regular patrons.
Staff Scheduling & Coordination: Manage FOH shift schedules, balance coverage, and coordinate seamlessly with kitchen leadership and ownership.




Inventory & Maintenance: Monitor front-of-house supply levels, maintain floor cleanliness, and uphold health and safety standards.

Qualifications & Expectations
Proven Leadership: Experience managing or supervising in a high-volume restaurant or pizzeria setting.
Strong Operational Skills: Proficiency in POS systems, scheduling, cash reconciliation, and floor management.
