Accurately manage and respond to Spa reservations
Generate and audit daily Spa reports for effectiveness
Partner with Sales and Reception teams for seamless service
Assist guests in choosing Spa treatments and retail options
Support various Spa operations and reception duties as assigned Requirements:
Experience in sales or reservations is an asset
Familiarity with Opera PMS, CRS or Book4Time preferred
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft applications
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and shifts Support the exceptional service at Fairmont Banff Springs by effectively managing Spa reservations and guiding guests.
