In this role, you will provide centralized planning and paraplanning support to senior planners, ensuring productive processes and documentation. With your expertise, you will assist in preparing detailed financial plans by integrating diverse financial data. Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and assign incoming financial planning requests
Maintain and improve documentation and processes
Liaise with the reporting team to improve KPI tracking
Share knowledge to enhance team development
Collaborate with advisors to create comprehensive plans Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration or Financial Planning
CFP designation or willingness to obtain within one year
Minimum three years of client-facing financial services experience
Robust understanding of tax and retirement planning for physicians
Proficient in both French and English Maximize your financial planning skills while supporting Scotiabank’s mission to deepen client relationships.
