You will advise the CEO and manage a budget of over $4 million, making a difference in the community we serve. Key Responsibilities:
Manage an operating budget over $4 million
Oversee financial planning and regulatory compliance
Prepare and coordinate financial statements and audits
Administer payroll, employee advantages, and recruitment
Direct IT systems and operations management Requirements:
Proven experience in finance and operations
CPA designation or commitment to acquire it
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAGE 50
Robust communication skills in English and French
