SPEICO is currently hiring 3 Full time and 1 Part-Time Exterior Property Maintenance Workers to service commercial properties throughout Ottawa and Gatineau.

We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors and can work independently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and property appearance.

Responsibilities
Litter and debris removal
Emptying outdoor garbage containers
Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of commercial properties
Performing routine property inspections
Reporting maintenance or safety concerns
Ensuring assigned sites remain clean, secure, and welcoming

Properties are located throughout
Ottawa
Barrhaven
Kanata
Orleans
Gatineau

Requirements
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Able to work independently
Physically capable of performing outdoor cleaning duties
Valid driver's license preferred
Previous cleaning, maintenance, landscaping, or property services experience is an asset
