Become a Facility Support Counsellor with The Salvation Army, providing vital support to clients in a supportive housing workplace. Assist with administration, daily operations, and tenant guidance while embodying the values of service and empathy. This role focuses on administrative duties and offering practical support to clients and tenants, ensuring their needs are met within the residence.

You’ll provide oversight and guidance in daily tasks, while fostering a respectful and supportive atmosphere. Engage directly with tenants and external agencies to facilitate a seamless service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily operations, including laundry and food service prep
Log and report all incidents to staff accurately




Coach participants in completing household chores
Maintain confidential records relevant to tenant support
Support off-site activities accompanying tenants as needed Requirements:
Completion of high school diploma required
Willingness to support The Salvation Army’s mission
Understanding of health and safety regulations
Previous experience in supportive roles preferred
