You will act as a resident advocate, striving for high engagement and satisfaction levels. You'll also lead initiatives aimed at continuous improvement in care quality and employee wellbeing. Key Responsibilities:
Manage clinical areas per the organization’s care model
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal care delivery
Lead quality improvement initiatives and monitor outcomes Requirements:
Three years of registered nurse experience in long-term care
Current RN registration with licensing body
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
CPR certification necessary
