Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately according to company standards
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, and upselling menu items when appropriate
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service and order fulfillment
Handle cash transactions accurately, including giving change and processing card payments




Assist with food handling duties such as packaging, portioning, and ensuring proper storage of ingredients

Requirements
Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS and basic math skills for cash handling
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and explicit communication abilities
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced workplace
Basic understanding of upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities
