Walmart Canada in Drumheller, AB is seeking an in-store leader for the Fashion departments. You will assist in department processes, respond to issues, and develop associates through coaching and training to ensure high customer service and task completion.
You will lead daily team huddles, coordinate task priorities, monitor schedules, and ensure safety and cleanliness across the store. Training prospects and recruitment support are also part of the role.
