Duties
Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, exfoliations, and waxing to meet individual client needs
Apply eyelash extensions with precision to enhance clients’ natural lashes and boost their confidence
Provide expert product recommendations and retail sales to help clients maintain their skincare routines at home
Deliver outstanding customer service by listening carefully, answering questions, and ensuring client satisfaction
Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and processing payments
Upsell additional services and retail products to maximize client advantages and salon revenue




Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout treatment areas to ensure a protected environment

Requirements
Valid state licensure as an Esthetician or equivalent certification
Proven experience with eyelash extensions, waxing, facials, and other skincare treatments
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
Ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting
Experience with retail sales and upselling techniques to promote products confidently
Professional appearance with a friendly, energetic attitude that reflects our brand’s positive vibe
Prior experience working at the front desk or handling administrative tasks is a plus
