Seeking an experienced Tool and Die Maker to enhance production at NASG Tech Center. This role focuses on crafting, troubleshooting, and maintaining essential dies and tools. Candidates should have a minimum of three years in tool and die making, with a robust background in progressive and transfer dies. You will contribute to the company's growth while ensuring production efficiency and safety through skilled craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities:
Build dies that shape metal for stamping applications
Design precision tools for cutting and shaping materials
Interpret CAD, CAM files, and blueprints effectively
Verify dimensions and tolerances of workpieces
Suggest improvements to current processes Requirements:
At least three years of die and tool building experience
Knowledgeable in GD&T; and deep draw dies
Solid ability to read and understand technical specifications
Capable of problem-solving and critical thinking
