Your role is crucial for ensuring compliance with GAAP and enhancing financial performance through careful analysis and decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
Direct accounting department activities per GAAP guidelines
Manage month-end close, budgets, and forecasts
Approve payroll and review revenue recognition daily
Submit corporate reports accurately and timely
Conduct variance analysis and identify cost reduction opportunities

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
7 years of operational accounting experience
Proficiency in SAP and MRP systems
5 years of supervisory experience preferred
Robust skills in Microsoft Office and Power BI
