If you have 1+ year of experience in the automotive industry, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to build genuine relationships with customers, we want to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For:
1+ year of automotive industry experience
Strong sales and communication skills
Energetic, motivated, and positive personality
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
Ability to work in a quick-paced dealership workplace
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Automotive finance experience is an asset
Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow and make money

What You’ll Be Doing:
Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process




Present vehicle and financing options based on customer needs
Build and maintain robust customer relationships
Work with lenders and financial institutions to structure deals
Follow up with leads and maximize sales opportunities
Work toward and exceed monthly sales targets
