This fixed term position focuses on various maintenance duties including carpentry, plumbing upkeep, and concrete repairs. Ideal candidates should possess a solid work ethic and the ability to perform tasks under varying climate conditions. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver on-demand carpentry and repair services
Maintain plumbing fixtures and perform routine checks
Conduct concrete repairs for sidewalks and common areas
Operate and maintain department owned equipment
Respond to emergency building issues effectively Requirements:
Grade 12 completion or equivalent education
Over 2 years related experience in maintenance
Class 5 Driver's License required
Ability to lift 50lbs and work in diverse conditions
