Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to create a welcoming environment
Assist customers with product inquiries, including merchandise and convenience store items
Conduct product demonstrations and upsell relevant items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipts
Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and promote featured products
Handle cashiering duties efficiently while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
Use effective communication skills to answer questions, resolve issues, and promote store promotions or loyalty programs
Experience
Minimum 1 year experience, especially in Esso Circle K stores is preferred
Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math skills for handling transactions confidently
Experience in technology sales or product demos can be an advantage for promoting new items or services
Robust organizational skills and time management to prioritize tasks during busy periods
Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette, to interact professionally with customers and team members
Demonstrated ability to upsell products while maintaining a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
