Manage high-risk employment litigation from start to finish

Review and draft critical employment-related documents
Collaborate across teams on multi-jurisdictional issues

Requirements:
7+ years experience in employment law, in-house or private
Deep expertise in French employment law essential
Fluent in English and French; Spanish or German advantageous
Proven ability to manage high-risk cases independently
Solid communication and negotiation skills
