Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout the event
Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging tables, chairs, and decorations
Manage guest services by answering questions and guiding attendees to various event areas and presentation standards are met
Experience
Previous experience working in a hospitality setting is preferred but not required
Strong public speaking skills to confidently communicate with guests and team members
Proven customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Experience in guest services or event support roles is advantageous
Enthusiasm for working in lively environments and engaging with diverse groups of people
