Join Central Ontario FS as a Grain Handling Specialist in Ontario. This position focuses on managing grain operations, equipment handling, and delivering outstanding customer service.
In this role, you'll operate various machinery, including forklifts and bobcats, while ensuring all safety protocols are followed. Your responsibilities will also include routine maintenance of equipment, recordkeeping for inventory, and climbing to maintain facility conditions. Demonstrating your skills will directly contribute to client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: • Unload and grade incoming grain deliveries • Operate grain dryers and assist with silo cleanouts • Conduct monthly silo inventories and manage paperwork • Maintain and repair facility machinery as needed • Provide top-notch year-round service to customers
Requirements: • Confident with computer and digital technology • Physically fit for climbing and lifting tasks • G driver's license is mandatory • Conversational English for reporting and safety • Knowledge of plant machinery operation required
