We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Dairy Farm Worker to assist with the daily operations of a dairy farm. The position involves a variety of responsibilities including milking, livestock care, general farm maintenance, and fieldwork.
Responsibilities
● Assist with the daily milking of dairy cows.
● Help maintain clean and sanitary milking facilities and equipment.
● Assist with feeding, moving, and caring for cattle as needed.
● Perform general farm maintenance and repairs.
● Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
● Assist with planting, spraying, harvesting, haying, and other fieldwork.
● Perform general yard, barn, and property maintenance.
● Help with fencing, repairs, and other farm projects.
● Keep work areas clean, organized, and secure.
Qualifications
● Previous farm or dairy experience is required. Must be over 18 years of age.
● Experience operating farm machinery is required.
● Mechanically inclined and comfortable performing basic maintenance and repairs.
● Able to work independently and as part of a team.
● Reliable, hardworking, and willing to work adaptable schedule, including weekends when required.
● Physically capable of performing the duties required on a working dairy farm.
