Assist in daily crew operations under the Civil Foreperson
Conduct civil construction activities such as grading and asphalt work
Safely operate construction tools and equipment
Provide crucial support and mentorship to crews
Maintain quality assurance across all work processes Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum three years in civil construction roles
Knowledge of construction techniques and safety procedures
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
