Shape the future of facilities management at Vanier Children's Mental Wellness in Southwestern Ontario. The Manager leads a team ensuring operational consistency and safety standards. In this impactful position, you will oversee all aspects of facilities management, enhancing service delivery for children and families.

With over ten years of experience in operations and maintenance, your strategic vision and leadership will drive the successful management of buildings, grounds, and food services. Communication and a solid customer service focus will be key to creating an inclusive and cooperative work setting. Key Responsibilities:
Lead development and execution of facilities management plans
Supervise staff in maintenance, cleaning, and food services




Align operations with organizational strategic priorities
Build relationships with union officials and ensure compliance
Plan and track maintenance projects and compliance monitoring Requirements:
Degree/diploma in engineering technology or related field
At least 10 years in facilities/maintenance management
Strong skills managing unionized teams
Proficient in Microsoft Office 360
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle Enhance facilities operations and support Vanier Children's mission through effective leadership.
