Conduct inspections and identify maintenance needs
Carry out preventative maintenance to prolong asset life
Repair facility systems including HVAC and plumbing
Document maintenance tasks through accurate records

High School Diploma or equivalent
3–5 years of experience in facilities maintenance
Familiar with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work
