Become a Facilities Maintenance Specialist at the Montreal Clinical Research Institute to support essential operations and safety within our research facilities. Your responsibilities will encompass snow removal, performing repairs, and conducting facility inspections. This versatile position is essential for providing a safe space, crucial for health research. Key Responsibilities:
Explicit snow from entrances and sidewalks for user safety
Execute preventive maintenance and periodic facility inspections
Handle repairs including drywall and painting tasks
Install and adjust various equipment and furniture
Participate in material handling tasks and support staff as needed Requirements:
High school diploma required
At least 2 years of experience in building maintenance
Robust physical fitness for manual labor
Capable of working collaboratively or independently
