Under the direct supervision of the Gaming Manager, Table Games, this position is responsible for providing dealing services to customers while contributing to a safe and welcoming work workplace for all team members. Ensures adherence to all policies and procedures.
Key Accountabilities
Deals card games
Maintains the security of the table and its float
Controls the table in the correct order of play; closes bets at the appropriate time
Refers disputes, irregularities or suspicious activities to the Manager
Verifies chip refills and credits
Tidies workstation and pit area
Communicates effectively with all appropriate operational departments
Builds robust working relationships with guests and team members
Complies with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
Performs other duties as assigned or directed.
Education and Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and event‑driven schedules
Possesses valid Serving It Right certification
Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming Worker License
Work Setting Considerations
Standing for long periods of time and non-traditional work hours.
