:
Distribute daily feed rations, supplements, and ensure constant access to clean water. Rotate pastures to optimize grazing.
Monitor sheep for signs of illness, injury, or parasites. Administer vaccinations, medications, and drenching treatments.
Support ewes during pregnancy and birth. Assist with lamb care, tagging, tail docking, and bottle-feeding rejected lambs.
Repair fences, clean barns, and maintain handling systems.
Operate farm machinery like tractors or loaders.
Coordinate or perform annual shearing, and prepare wool, meat, or milk products for market transport
Feed and give water to the birds every day.
Look for sick or hurt birds and report them.
Collect, wash, sort, and pack eggs (on egg farms).
Clean and disinfect coops, barns, and pens.
Control house temperature, air, and light for the birds.
Follow strict safety and biosecurity rules to keep diseases away.
Requirements & Skills:
Ability to perform heavy manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
Willingness to work long or irregular hours, especially during demanding
Strong physical stamina and endurance for outdoor work in varying weather conditions
Basic mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot farm machinery effectively
Valuable communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
