Lead end-to-end finance transformation projects
Identify improvements in financial reporting accuracy
Manage timelines and stakeholder communication effectively
Oversee internal control evaluations and risk management
Advocate for automation and dashboard integration Requirements:
CPA designation and a relevant degree required
At least 5 years of experience in finance or controls
Robust project management and analytical capabilities
Proficient in ERP systems, especially Meditech
