Hybrid Power Solutions is seeking an Experienced Hardware Designer to develop innovative mixed-signal electronics for industrial battery systems. Close collaboration with mechanical engineers and firmware teams is essential. A solid grasp of PCB design principles and embedded hardware development will support our mission in cleaner power technologies. Key Responsibilities:
Design cutting-edge mixed-signal electronics and control systems
Develop multilayer PCBs using Altium Designer effectively
Collaborate on power electronics integration in products




Validate designs through thorough testing and documentation
Engage in cross-functional teamwork to ensure manufacturability Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related
Minimum 3 years experience with Altium Designer
Expertise in mixed-signal and power electronics
Familiarity with STM32 and version control systems
